Itching in scrotum.
I have balls like character around my scrotum. It is itchy but it night it worsen. It creates no problem during urination. Sometimes my scrotum creates inexpressable pain. In childhood I was hit by a cricket ball at the point. Is the pain occurs for that?. Recently blue coloured veins are very visible in the tip of the penis?. What is that?

The condition is called Steatocystoma multiplex.Its a skin disorder characterised by the development of multiple cysts . U will have to get them removed. Consult ur Dermatologist for the same.
