Itching in left eyes
Hi Sir/Mam
Since 3days I have facing itching in my left eyes and I have chronic kidney disease since 2year and I am on medication therefore today I have visited an eye hospital and have sawn by a doctor and he prescribed Teardrops,moxigram lx and olopat OD so my question is that is it safe to take the eyes drops as I have CKD
Please help

Hi,
You can use the eye drops as advised by your eye specialist as eye drops have very minimal systemic absorption . If you are really worried, you can do punctal occlusion ( press on the nasal corner of your eye) for 2 minutes after putting the drops.
