For a mild case your doctor may suggest first using an over-the-counter antifungal ointment, lotion, powder or spray. The rash may clear up quickly with these treatments, but continue applying the medication twice a day for at least 4 weeks after resolution of lesions... Consult nearest dermatologist they will do the needful.

Hi there...I can understand your concern. You might be suffering from tinea cruris or intertrigo superadded with candidal infection. You will need topical antifungal creams..in severe cases even oral antifungals might be required. But it is important to rule any bacterial or other inflammatory causes. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
