For past few days my left ear is itching sometimes. Sometimes feel like soft pain or sometime becomes warm. And along with this i have got a cold too. Is ear itching problem is because of this cold? Should i visit to doctor??

As per your description you might have developed otitis media of effusion.. fungal infection should also be ruled out.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
