Itching around groin but no visble rash
I get itching around groin area but there are no rashes. I tried candid and it was not helpful later after consulting a dermatologist I started using luliconazole 1% w/w and after trying for 4-6 weeks the itching stopped but returned back again after a week. Since there has been no red rashes on the skin I'm doubtful if it's jock itch but again not clear how an antifungal cream like luliconazole subsides the itch.

Hi. It could be because of sweating , occlusion and friction. Wear loose cotton clothes, try to keep the area dry, apply absorbent dusting powder
