Dry skin most possible. Avoid itching and change any new product or fabrics or food u might be using as it could be due to allergic reaction.Use of anti allergic medications one tablet before sleeping would help the condition. Kindly Consult for medication dosage and duration.
It could be due to dryness of the skin, but the cause has to be found . Sometimes hypothyroidism can cause dry skin so you have to be evaluated. You should consult a dermatologist because by looking at the type of rashes you are developing we will get to know the cause for it and then treat you accordingly. Insect bites can cause rash, any infection can cause rash, any drugs you had been taking can cause rash.
Next Steps
better to consult a dermatologist
Health Tips

It could be due to the dryness which your body is experiencing rupturing the normal epidermal barrier and after rubbing through sheets it tends to aggravate.
For calming your skin: apply coconut oil/ olive oil/ thick moisturiser with shea butter and ceramides. This will help repair your skin barrier.
Apply it twice a day, one after bath when the body is damp within 5 minutes and once in the night .
