It could be due to allergy or infection or dryness. 1.Get your refraction done and if neede start using glasses. But even if your vision is6/6,use gaugles or plain glasses. 2.wash your eyes frequently with freshwater and do cold compresses by ice. 3.can put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids. If this much works ,Its fine, otherwise initiate online consultation with anybody.

Can you please send me a photo. Please try using Pataday eye drops one time a day. Why are you taking Azithromycin orally? Lumps near Pupil is probably not the correct, as pupil abnormality is not visible to naked eye. is it lumps on the lid or on the black/ brown outer part of the eye?
Next Steps
Send a photo or upload a photo if possible.
Health Tips
If there are lumps on the eye you may need to consult someone for a slit lamp microscope examination.
