Issues in sex life
Hi, I have been facing some issues in my sex life. We had couple of difficult experiences while having penetration previously, so we took a break from it and switched to oral and other forms of stimulation and we were enjoying it as well. But now we wanted do penetrative sex again, and when we tried we failed, as I have got pretty scared and meanwhile he lost his erection and wasn't completely hard on, so the experience wasn't good. How can we fix this? Also, I feel even if we stop being fearful about it, we are sometimes unable to find the hole, sometimes the vagina gets too dry to allow the penis in, and then it gets frustrating. Also, being on top is something that I am absolutely scared of, first I am not sure if my posture is correct to take it ahead, second I am fumble a lot to find the hole, even tho I know where it is exactly. My vagina expands a lot when fingering happens, even with three fingers, but I assume there is some issue with penis penetration. Please help.

In the description , it reflects - performance anxiety ( anxiety about need to have a successful penetrative sexual experience) - which can impair the erection of penis / hardness of penis Regarding difficulty in finding vaginal opening - a simple education about female anatomy should be useful Regarding vaginal dryness — it can be addressed by improving the foreplay - the more time spent in foreplay means more arousal which in turn lead to increase lubrication . Along with it , some lubricants also can be used to minimise vaginal dryness Regarding position - the couple can indulge in any position which both are comfortable with . Learning about different postures adds to variety in sexual experience All this aspects are covered in psychosexual counselling called as sensate focus
Next Steps
Would be ideal if you see a sexologist for learn about sensate focus
