For university attendance purpose I need a medical certificate is there any option to get if physically is too expensive by doctors as college will not accept or agree even after purchasing expensive I need for very low cost or online pic is also enough

You can get online consultation done with the Medical certificate can be Provided but the Blood records or any diagnostic tests cant be forged .
But That is a later Problem if your University is not accepting the Medical certificate.

No medical certificate is expensive.
It's just the consultation fees that any doctor charges.
One thing is possible that you have bunked your classes and wish to get a false certificate.
You should visit a physician when you are sick so that issuing certificate becomes easy for any doctor.
