My lifestyle is okay and I don't have any health condition in my past my all over body functioning properly even though I eat fibre rich food like apple daily even though I don't eat junk foods or even Street food also I take only home food with less oil and spicy and I walk also for 40 min at 5:00 early in the morning daily after waking up first I drink Luke warm water even I take lemon water too 1 glass
But i have a constipation problem. Sometimes it does not pass my stool feel in the stomach
Is this a digestion problem that my food is not digesting properly or it stuck in my colon large intestine can I take liv52 tablet is it helpful to digest my food properly bcz i tried isaphgol also pysllium husk but it didnt work well in my body even I tried laxative also dulcoflex bisacodyl but it increases muscle cramp even most of the time heart palpitations even it also do electrolyte imbalance in body
Is himalya liv52 tablet is ok to take to improve digestion
