Hi Doc, I have issues with my digestion. I suffer from constipation. Have to go to loo atleast 3-4 times a day that too take a lot of time. It's like whenever I eat something, i feel to go to loo. Please help

If duration is chronic ie more than 6 months or this is recurring then most likely IBS after getting evaluated to rule out any other organic causes.
