We have been trying to conceive from 2 yrs. I got hormones test like FSH, LH, TVS all reports are fine. I am scared of HCG test for Fallopian tubes. What you suggest should I try one cycle of IUI without Fallopian tube test. Please recommend. I am very scared of IUI procedure pain also and especially speculum insertion.

Since your hormone test seems to be normal get your HSG test and husband semen analysis ....if both of these turns out to be normal you can try conceiving naturally...as would be assured everything is alright....
Hi
First of all get complete tests done of husband and wife both there are so many more important blood tests missing
Get semen c/e and semen c/s done
Tell menstral history
Get ovulation study
Sonosalpingography or HSG is important after that
Then doctor will decide to proceed for iui or not
So haphazard iui is of no use even though it’s painless
