Issue after piles surgery
Hi Doc I have recently operated for 2 months back for piles however after than I was on stool softener. When I have stopped taking stool softener I feel constipated and stool consists a thin or narrow When I have consulted the operated doctor after multiple requests he asked to CT scan of abdonam and pelivc area . How've I continue feel depression and anxiety as My stool is not as before surgery. Hence I consult more than 9 doctor online all are saying it will solved it takes few time After I have consulted 2 more doctor in my city gastrologist and he asked me to do sigmoidscopy and I have done that as well. However that report is also normal even they have not find anything. When I am taking the lacofiber I am getting consistent in stool but without that I am not getting stool in bulk What should I do ?All top doctor are saying it's due to your axity and depression and issue. Do not focus on this. They are saying if you do the Contra CT and sigmoidscopy than nothing required

It is a common problem after hemoroidectomy,also depends on the degree of the piles and the surgical procedure.Usually it resolves itself in a few months.Till then you can use high fibre diet , stool softener and drink plenty of water.You can also use Himalaya triphala capsules to regulating the bowel movements.Anxiety and depression can affect your bowel movements as well.You need to follow your doctors advise, regarding the contrast CT study.

According to your query and sign and symptom you want to know about the disease and cause and it's best Treatment as you have mentioned as  above as constipated stool. Please take consultation for better evaluation and best Treatment as it need complete history of patient as personal and family history. Please follow good life style as • take plenty of fluid and • take less spicy and fatty foods and • take home made food only and do exercise regularly with yoga and medicine after 3 day and please keep positive  attitude to fight any disease and any problem of your life.
