Sir/Maa'm
Grandfather aged 72 with history of diabetes (HBA1C:7) and thyroid disease has developed some skin wound in left hand. It's not painful nor does it smell or bleed but it is present since 4-5 days. No other symptoms are associated with it. I have attached photograph, kindly guide what disease is this and is this something serious as google is saying it's cancer of skin.
