Is this something serious? Cancer?
I have this black spot in my hand back side and have slight fever since last 3 days (99F) , I searched in Google it's showing me skin cancer. The spot is black in colour not lumpy or painful. Just a black dot. Kindly suggest, I have attached pic for your reference.
