Is this safe?
I am in the Uk and mostly I don't get to eat a lot of veggies bec of which i guess m lacking vitamins. Just wanted to ask if the one i shared on the pic is safe or not. What should be the frequency of taking the meds? And isn't chromium and vitamin E(orally) a carcinogenic substance? (Sorry, a pharmacist here said that). So i want to ask doctors instead. Please let me know.
