I was diagnosed with HB of 17.2 and PCV of 51 back in January this year. As per haematologist's suggestion, tested for EPO and Jak2 Mutation (Full MPN panel) and had one unit of phlebotomy.
EPO was 6.3
and MPN panel full negative with no Jak2 or exon 12 mutation.
Today, I repeated CBC and it shows Hb of 16.5 and PCV of 56%.
Could this be Jak2 negative PV?
I am very scared.
Please help.
