Is this means sudden weight loss or not?
Hello doctor Today I seen my weight it was 61.5KG but last 2 weeks back it was 64-65KG and after next 2-3 weeks again my weight will be 64-65 from 61-62kg why it is always fluctuating. Normally my diet Morning no breakfast Lunch at 2-3pm Night dinner at 9-10pm I always skip my breakfast and start food with lunch at 2-3pm morning I only drink Tea I walk more than 2-3km in steps normally I feel weak when I don't eat any food when hungry and after I eat something I feel strong When I eat my weight will be high and when skip again it will be low it fluctuates more weight All these post covid. Is this sudden weight loss or normal weight fluctuations? Is it normal or Having any chronic illness like cancer? No cancer in family No diabetes no bp Im really worried all the time I feel fatigue weakness n feel like fever high temperature Is it means im dealing with cancer or is this cause problems as sudden weight loss? My weight will increase and decrease in weeks it comes to 65 and 61 alwys

Something may be wrong with your weighing machine.  Otherwise a loss of 3 kg weight in 2 months should signify  a severe infection or cancer.

Fatigue needs to be investigated.weight fluctuations dont seem to be significant as with a serious issue, the weight gain or loss might have been consistent.
