Is this hives????my baby is having cold and bit fever is it because of that??? I have just given gudcef drops, mucolite drops, and atarax drops, also have given paracetamol drops please tell me what is have applied oilatum lotion to his rashes , is this something serious???

It’s not hives . It is dermatitis probably caused by sweating and the thread in the vicinity .
Remove the thread and apply moisturiser cream
