Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have done sgpt and sgot which came 40 and 74 then I go for ultrasound report say Liver course ecotexture RLL. 13.4cms Complete lft and ultrasound are attached Plzzz guide me i m in tension sir doctor say this. Is fatty liver
