Is this a Keloid? How to treat?
A small acne turned to this. It was small right in the middle of the chest below the neck (where the shirt button starts) from few years and rarely itchy but it seems to grow with more itching these days. Her mother also had this on the chest. May i know what is this and the procedure to treat it?
