Is there any free hypnotherapy in Mumbai
I have tried many things already. The only option left for me is hypnotherapy. My situation: • I am from Mumbai • I am dealing with addiction / automatic habit patterns • I genuinely want help • I do not have money to pay for private sessions My questions: • Is there any place, institute, hospital, or NGO in Mumbai that offers free  hypnotherapy? • Any training institutes where supervised students provide sessions? • Any government, charitable, or research-based options? I’m asking seriously and respectfully. Any real leads or guidance would really help.

Hi, I understand your situation and your sincere desire for help. In Mumbai, some NGOs, charitable organizations, or government health programs may offer free or low-cost mental health support, including hypnotherapy or related therapies. You can explore organizations like the Mumbai Mental Health Program, local mental health clinics, or NGOs such as the SHARAN Foundation, which sometimes provide free counseling or therapy services. Additionally, some training institutes or universities with psychology programs may have supervised students offering sessions at reduced or no cost—it's worth reaching out to institutions like Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) or Mumbai University’s Psychology Department. While specific free hypnotherapy options might be limited, these avenues could connect you with affordable or pro bono services. I encourage you to keep searching and reaching out to these organizations, as genuine help is often available through community resources.
