I never had pcos or pcod issue or infertility problems. My periods were normal. Never had a miscarriage. This is my first child that I have conceived. I do not have any complications with my pregnancy so far. It is my 2nd month now. I have been reading about Estrogen Harmone medicines increasing risk of breast cancer and malfunction in baby. Is it really safe to take the medicine? What will happen if I stop taking estrogen?

Estrogen is indeed not safe in pregnancy. You have been prescribed progesterones and not estrogen which is helpful in sustaining pregnancy and is safe.
