Hello!! I'm 26years old. I was married 6months back.. currently my weight is 70 kgs.. and my height is 154cm. In planning to take pregnancy. Before that I decided to loose weight..can I choose skipping as part of my exercise for that? Is it suggestible? Please and

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi Yes it's very important you to be ideal body weight when you conceive. As ideal body weight leads to a healthy pregnancy without any medical issue. You can loose weight with a healthy diet but I can't plan your diet here without knowing your Diet Schedule and  Time Schedule. You should meet me by booking appointment through practo.
