Is Safi good for relieving constipation
I am suffering from constipation since last week. Please advise if I can use Safi to get relief from it.

[ ] Hi, for constipation kindly Take plenty of salads with lunch and dinner. Increase intake of water. Avoid bread(maida items).Take Flax seeds, fry it in a pan without oil, then put it in a mixi, make powder and you can take 1 teaspoon with jaggery in the morning and night after meal .There are certain medicines to curb constipation which can be tried to get best results. Feel free to ask any further quary.
