I recently recovered from covid and I gained weight during that time . I am overweight even normally. Now my weight is 68 and height is 5 . Body fat 37%. Muscle mass 27.
My joins paining and I feel no support of muscle . Help me which protein supplement work best for me. I'm a vegetarian.
