Is NiPT test Needed
My wife is 13 weeks pregnant and her NT Ultrasound and Double Marker test is within normal range. Reports attached. Our doctor is recommending us to get NIPT test done. Is that test required considering we have no previous history in our families? Test reports attached.

If both Nt scan and double marker are negative then NIPT is not required.

Double marker and nipt are both screening tests nipt with the better sensitivity If double market is a screen negative you don't need the nipt
