Is my weight perfect with my height
My name is swarup goswami and i am a student of class 12. I want to know that is my weight is perfect with my height. My height is 5 feet 5 inch and my weight is 64 kgs. And i want reduce my belly fat. Please suggest. I usually go to gym, my instructor gave me a diet plan, i followed it, i got the result, but not which i want. I wanted to reduce my belly fat but except my lower abs everything is shrinking. Please suggest something.
