I want to loss weight,get perfect shape
I am Sanhita and my height is 159cm.my weight is 59.5 kg.I am not very fat.but i have belly fat(tire like) and my cholesterol is 149and vldl is 47.how can i get rid of this belly fat and back fat and how can i reduce my weight.
