You current TSH and prolactin is within normal limits. TPO antibodies are elevated, which means you have autoimmune thyroid disease. This condition can increase risk of hypothyroidism , therefore you need thyroid tests monitored every 4 -6 months. If your planning family or pregnancy, then thyroid medication can be required to keep TSH at goal. TPO antibodies don’t affect your chances of conceiving so long as your TSH remains less than 2.5.
