Is my thyroid level normal?
I am 31 y Male.  My blood test report shows  following for my thyroid: T3:  1.04    ng/ml T4:  6.32    ug/dl TSH:  3.270   uIU/ml Is this normal or indictor of high thyroid ? Also how frequently should we get myself checkd for thyroid? Also  is it possible to keep thyroid under check through daily activities? if yes then how?

As of now,reports are normal.If you are not diagnosed with a thyroid condition and have no symptoms,there is no need for a routine thyroid checkup. If you do have a thyroid disorder,and its controlled for some time,yearly checkups are fine. Though normally one gas to take medications goe life,there are lifesryle changes you can make,to help your condition
