Is my R/E blood report normal?
Due to some respiratory allergy problem. I did R/E blood test. As expected Eosinophils is high. But It shows low MCV and High RDW. What does it mean?

Report is normal. Increase in eosinophils is mild.nothing to worry. Tab allegra for 2 weeks once daily after food. Avoid dust or any allergens. Need not worry as bout RDW and MCH. They are normal.

According to your sign and symptom and report it indicate that you have increase no of eosinophil Cell and you are suffering from some infection like allergy problem. As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start
Next Steps
On the basis of your current history take treatment as follow as Tablet- Levocetrizine 5 mg 2 time per day for 1 month after food and Syp Multivitamin A to z 5 ml 2 time per day for 1 months for strength and immunity. After 1 month do again test as CBC to find out the eosinophil Cell no and IgE to know the allergy status of body.
