Asked for Male, 21 Years

I've face and arms darker than rest of my body. I'm using sunscreen since 2+ months. I'm attaching a picture here. This picture is taken today. My face is a little more darker than arms as I was suffered with acne. However the acne gone now, but my face is having their marks. I'm using a dark spot reduction moisturizer with an SPF 30. How many days it take to get even tone for face and arms as rest of my body skin? Thank you.
