Is it stress or something else?
I don't understand what's happening, i don't feel like talking to anyone, I switch off my phone most of the times to avoid contact from people, some days I don't sleep at all and some days i keep sleeping all day long, i am eating too much... my mind is not in peace, ive serious problems going on in my relationship , I can't go to a physiatrist, i feel shy, i cant open up in front of any one.. plzz help
