Is it okay to take Cyra D as preacaution
I usually get little nausea after travelling on flights in the morning and followed by car travel in a zig zag road. (I am talking about travelling from Kolkata to Guwahati airport and then road travel from Guwahati to Shillong and the road is extremely zig zag). So is it okay if I take Cyra D as precaution in the morning or should I wait for the symptoms and take an ondem md4 when required

To alleviate motion sickness, consume a light, easy-to-digest diet rich in ginger, vitamin B6, and complex carbohydrates, including foods like crackers, toast, plain cookies, bananas, applesauce, and ginger tea, while avoiding heavy, greasy, or spicy foods.

Cyra d had its own side effect also which will make you feel uncomfortable . Better consult your doctor. Scopolamine transdermal patch is a good option.
