If I eat a packet of brittania tiger glucose biscuit everyday, than would there be any kind of matter of concern except weight gain as I am really underweight

Hi, No it won't help you with weight gain. And having a packet of biscuits daily is not really good for you. So instead try this Have 2 bananas daily. Have 2 glasses of milk or shakes or smoothies daily. You can also have banana shake. Eating glucose biscuit daily will not help you in gaining weight. You need to follow the right diet with that.  Try taking high protein an high Fibre diet.  Taking glucose biscuits with one glass of milk daily is a good practice.  But choose right food groups and right quantity of food i.e balanced diet so that you can help you in achieving healthy weight gain.
