Is it depression?
I'm always tired. I seem to be happy, or atleast I think I am happy. But I feel empty. It is hard to decide on things. I have a good job that pays well, and its not an issue. I find nothing to excite me or draw my attention and retain it for long. I am 32 and I feel like I am done with everything.

To confirm a diagnosis of depression, there are many things that have to be looked into..the symptoms, the duration of the illness and any underlying psychological factors contributing to the illness..in your case, it seems more like dysthymia but a detailed history and evaluation is required for reaching a concrete diagnosis..
Next Steps
take a psychiatric consultation
