Is it Covid?
Sneezing, runny nose and dry cough for past 2-3 weeks due to allergy. No fever. Today I woke up with slight pain in throat, took ginger honey tea, feeling bit okay but also feeling shortness in breath. I also do yoga and Pranayam everyday. My father and brother have fever since Friday (5 days now) although mild, they also do yoga and Pranayam. My mother caught a cold and headache 2-3days ago. Father is feeling very fatigued today and almost everyone have blocked nose. We were taking ayurvedic medicines. Brother took dolo and no other medications. And doing gargles and steam. Please suggest medicines and next course of actions for us. Thank you
