Is it b12?
I am having periods of severe dizziness/vertigo, tingling hands, memory problems, vision distortion, toileting issues (going between constipation and diarrhea), severe fatigue & weakness. I have had b12 deficiency in the past (level 64) when I was pregnant and was treated with injections. It feels exactly the same this time. Last yr my b12 was 175 and it was considered to be normal. Symptoms have got worse. No level given this time but gp reported it to be fine. MRI came back normal. Any ideas?

B12 level ranges from 180-911 So any value near lower limit normal should be treated . Do get anti parietal antibody tested to see if you have antibody in your body which is preventing b12 absorption
