Hello, I understand your concern regarding side effects. However, not everybody gets all the side effects. Each person is different with different biology. But as Dr Anil rightly pointed out, Floluoxetine works well for anxiety, depression and OCD. If you are really not comfortable to try that medicine, please discuss with your doctor and choose from other antidepressants. But treating the condition ( depression/ anxiety/ OCD) is of greater priority. Because severe  and long standing stress occurs when these conditions are not treated adequately.. This causes hormonal changes because of raise in stress hormones. As a result, there will be hair thinning and hair loss. Not only that, it increases the risk of other medical disorders like hormonal imbalances, diabetes, hypertension, PCOS, stroke, cardiovascular disorders etc.
Next Steps
please get adequate treatment for your problem consult your doctor regularly and report any side effects or inconveniences during each visit discuss your concerns about the hair fall problems with your doctor. they will help you with appropriate prescription
Health Tips
relaxation meditation regular exercise lifestyle changes to reduce stress
