Is ent surgery needed?
This was the first time i was diagnosed with sinusitis(accute for now), it been a month, and after taking medications, the symptoms are totally under control, i can breathe properly, mucus has reduced 90% etc. CT PNS  taken before (before the symptom reduced )shows these anatomical variants  and sinusitis 1. Mildly deviated septum 2. Partial paradoxical turn of the turbinates 3. Pansinusitis with fluid levels Doctor has suggested fess to widen blockage, septoplasty to correct mildly deviated septum, and turbinectomy . Since this is my first time ever getting sinusitis and that all symptoms are very much under control do i really need all three of the above procedures?

Please send the ct film... even if its the first time you are getting it, if there is a lot of infection, surgery might be required.

As per your history you don't require any surgery.. It's just a acute infection you had and its treated already
