Is bleeding gums contagious
Hello, I am 20 year old guy. I am very healthy and have a good diet and regularly play sports. My girlfriend has developed bleeding gums and it looks really bad. I want to know is bleeding gums contagious? How do I treat bleeding gums? What food do I eat or avoid?

Hi Bleeding gums is due to excessive deposition of tartar which impinges over the gums and makes it weak. First go ahead with general cleaning and follow a course of gum astringent and mouth rinse.  Post 2 weeks review , if requires deep cleaning needed.Take big Amla fruit daily once to avoid bad breath.
