Is Astymin forte advisable in pregnancy
At 36 weeks of pregnancy, her AFI is 8.2 Hence the docter has advised to take daily 2 doses of Astymin forte along with 2 sachets of Arg 9 as well. So, is Astymin forte is ok to have and is it really affective without any side affects??

Astymin forte = Multivitamins + Amino acids Arg 9 sachet= Amino acids Both are safe in pregnancy. It is believed that Aminoacids have some role in increase Amniotic fluid level. Ur AFI is 8.2cm so ur Gynecologist has given above medications to increase liquor volume. In addition to above medications pls do: 1. Adequate hydration 2. Adequate rest 3. High protein diet Which will help in Amniotic fluid enhancement.
