Is alograce soap safe for a 9 month old baby? Actually she have dry skin, now due to winter her skin tone become worse and rashes are there. Or dermadew baby soap... Is that safe?

In general,pears or dove soap is good.
Also,after bathing daily,apply a mixture of equal parts of glycerin and rosewater or lime juice all over body,it helps maintain moisture of the skin.
