You Might be suffering from bacterial or mixed,  I mean both Fungal and bacterial infection at the same time & it is over one Month. Brown discharge from Vagina suggest bacterial infection, in other words Vaginosis. Its not a major problem to treat. You just have to go through an Antibiotics course for atleast 7 days and also intravaginal antifungal tablets which has to be inserted inside the Vagina with a Very soft plastic insertor with the pack.
