Teenager- itching and irritation
My 17-year-old daughter, currently in 12th grade, had brown discharge for nearly 2 weeks, possibly due to stress from exams and school issues. It stopped a week ago. Now she has itching and irritation while urinating, very little white discharge, and slight pinkish-brown spotting yesterday. She also kept a sanitary pad on for too long, which I have since advised her against. (During her periods) She is extremely scared of seeing a gynecologist and cries whenever we mention it. Can we consult a gynecologist without her first, or is there any urine test or home-collected sample that can be done before taking her in? Kindly advise. Thank you.
