Irritated roof of mouth
I've been sneezing a lot and have a tingly/itchy roof of my mouth. It has been going on for some time and Clarityn pills haven't helped

Sneezing constantly would have stored the mucosa on the front part of the roof of your mouth. Since the prescribed medications are not working, try using a topical anaesthetic gel to relieve the pain.
Next Steps
use dentogel topically on the palate. And meet a general physician for the sneezing soon. We must have to treat the causative factors on that.
