First, IBS needs to diagnosed properly by excluding other diseases like IBD. IBS is a difficult to treat disorder and takes more than medicines to stay symptom free. Changing doctor's and tablets won't help rather consult a dietician or nutritionist for a long term basis to get control over your symptoms. Also consult only one gastro enterologist. Keep patience. THAT'S THE KEY Stay symptom free in IBS.

Change ur diet and life style Eat soft diet No spicy no hot Foods Body cooling foods Stop alchol,tea coffeee Drink milk butter milk Curd banana cucumber And don’t google and get stress
