Irregular Periods Myth Clarification
I want to know is washing hair during first 3 days of periods cause problems related to uterus or delay in periods true or not?? After searching it on internet I found that it is a myth but I have noticed that sometimes when i wash my hair during periods i definitely get my periods delayed while other women dont face any such problems. Please tell is this is myth or reality or is there something wrong with me that I need to get checked up.
