Irregular periods
I've been getting periods twice a month since october 2023. But when I went and done with lab tests along with USG. So that time tests were normal..and the USG shown us follicular cyst in ovary of 18mm. So I was prescribed a birth control pill for 3 months course. It treated me temporarily because I still have irregular periods even when tests were normal last month and the USG shown us no cyst.. I still got my periods in 10 days only again. So what can I do to regularize my periods?

If all investigations like thyroid prolactin and ultrasound reports are normal the only way to make your periods regular would be the birth control pills
